Confessions of a Vegan #1

Becoming Vegan at first seemed like it would be really hard. None of my friends or family have an interest of becoming Vegan with me so I thought that it would be hard to get the motivation I needed to keep on eating the right things. I’ve been researching a lot about this lifestyle and I feel that I can make this change in my life without quitting! On Saturday, I went to my local organic grocery store and I got a ton of stuff that I am very excited to try. From veggie burgers to soy chicken stir fry! Honestly, the selections are endless!

Some things that I have learned about this lifestyle is that you WILL run out of food so every week you should gather a lot of fruits and vegetables to keep yourself satisfied and full at any given time. The fruits and vegetables will help detox your body from all the junk that has been kept inside so having side effects to a change in your eating habits IS NORMAL. Just because these side effects do pop up doesn’t mean that you should stop eating in this new way. THEY WILL SUBSIDE! Just keep thinking to yourself that you are doing this for you. You will start to feel more energetic and look even better than you feel! It will just take some getting used to.

I start going 100% Vegan tomorrow and will be doing daily entrees about my experience. I will also be writing down what I have eaten for the day and some extra tips and advice if needed. This is a way for me not to go through this change in my life alone and to help inspire other people to do the same for a healthier lifestyle.

great publish, very informative. I ponder why the other specialists of this sector don’t realize this. You should continue your writing. I am confident, you’ve a huge readers’ base already!

Hello! I know this is kinda off topic but I’d figured I’d ask. Would you be interested in trading links or maybe guest authoring a blog post or vice-versa? My blog goes over a lot of the same topics as yours and I feel we could greatly benefit from each other. If you might be interested feel free to shoot me an e-mail. I look forward to hearing from you! Superb blog by the way!

  4. I believe what you published made a bunch of sense.
But, what about this? what if you added a little content? I am not suggesting your content is not good.

, however what if you added a title to possibly get people’s attention? I mean Confessions of a Vegan #1 | Thrifting the Look is kinda boring. You might look at Yahoo’s front page and watch how
they create article titles to grab viewers to open the links.
You might add a video or a picture or two to get readers excited about
what you’ve written. In my opinion, it could make your posts a little livelier.
